M$ appears to be bound and determined to commit suicide. First, Win 7 having a picture viewer that is pretty much useless, especially when compared to the one in XP, then Win 8 dropping Media Center and adding a crippling UI, now Office 2013 dropping the only useful picture viewer M$ has. I'm glad I got Office 2010 when I did; it will be around a bit longer than Win 7. Does microsoft have a better processor than mac. If M$ doesn't wake up before 2020, I don't know what I'll do. Go MAC (shudder)?
@whs...yes,i installed with all office suites.but this tool is not available.but individually, it can be install from microsoft office 2010.i will try from there.
Good, let us know whether that worked. And post the links. That will make it easier for others to find it.

If you have a previous version of office do a custom install and ONLY install the picture manager. Or use a free picture viewing/editing software such as irfanview.
